AVST CallXpress Voice Mail
AVST CallXpress Voice Mail
Just when everyone is gearing up for the weekend is when Hi Country can be at its best for its customers. This last weekend the AVST CallXpress Voice Mail system that does all of the voice processing for Seton Hall University had serious issues. The PC Server disk drives and backplane crashed and had to be replaced on an emergency basis. VoIP engineer Steve Whitfield worked remotely via Webex with Seton Hall's Information Technology staff throughout the day last Friday and into the evening to help Seton Hall University restore their AVST CallXpress voice mail service.
