ARVADA – Hi Country Wire and Telephone, a metro Denver based phone company and veteran owned phone company, has completed phase 1 of its project work to deploy Nortel phone systems and Qwest network services for the Saint Vrain Valley School District. The project work commenced in July of 2003 when Hi Country was awarded the RFP bid to re-vamp the school district’s ailing communications systems. The phone systems, a Nortel Meridian Option 81c PBX and 42 Nortel Norstar Modular Communications Systems (MICS), were systematically installed and activated over an eighteen month time frame.
ARVADA – Hi Country Wire and Telephone, an metro-Denver based and veteran owned phone company, has completed its deployment of a Nortel Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) solution for a defense contracting company at the Coalition Provisional Authority Palace in Baghdad, Iraq. The VoIP phone system, a Nortel CSE1000 system, enables the defense contractor to place extension to extension and local U.S. based phone calls using the company’s data network connection between the Baghdad location and an undisclosed location on the U.S. East Coast.
