High Country Implements Avaya IP Office and DuVoice Hospitality Systems for Major Colorado Resorts

ARVADA, CO - High Country Workplace Technologies (HCWT) has completed Avaya IP Office phone system installations at the The Peaks and Mountain Lodge resorts in Telluride Colorado and also for the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park Colorado.    The DuVoice Hospitality system was used in conjunction with the Avaya IP Office to complete the service delivery requirement for each of the resorts.  The new IP Office system for the Stanley Hotel system replaced their existing Avaya Definity system.   The Avaya IP Office is a more affordable and requires less maintenance than the older Avaya PBX systems.

The 300 room Peaks Resort and Spa in beautiful Telluride Colorado needed a highly reliable, feature rich and affordable telecommunications system for both staff and guests to replace incumbent vendor of five years, cloud based Thing5. High Country Workplace Technologies delivered an Avaya IP Office with a the DuVoice DV2000 hospitality software. The DV2000 software provided messaging & wakeup call for the guest rooms as well as an interface to the Springer Miller property management system for housekeeping, guest names into the Avaya IP Office and guest room tele-phone restriction. Avaya data Ethernet switches were used to support the IP telephones and Avaya Call Center software was deployed for the reser-vations group. Avaya Mail Pro was used for staff messaging.

The Peaks Resort and Spa and Mountain Lodges now have a much more reliable, more feature rich telecommunications system at a lower cost. The Avaya IP Office is one of the best selling IP PBX systems in the world and the DuVoice software is installed in several thousand hotels in 50 countries.
