CX-E XpressCare Policy Updates

Effective January 1, 2013, AVST is implementing a streamlined XpressCare® policy which enables your customers the flexibility to upgrade at their own pace and removes the requirement to purchase multiple years of XpressCare to get back onto a plan. AVST is also eliminating the 30 day grace period for customers with an expired XpressCare contract. XpressCare contracts are required to be renewed on, or before, the XpressCare expiration date in order to avoid the XpressCare Reinstatement fee.
